If this page does not look quiet right, you are probably using Internet Explorer (IE) 5, 6, or 7.
As someone new to CSS web page building, it gets very complicated trying to build a page for IE browsers. Microsoft does not follow the industry standards, which everyone else does follow!. I guess its to force people to use their software, not because it is better, just different.
If you want to see the page the way it was meant to be seen, install the Firefox browser. It does not replace IE, just gives you another option.
Also Firefox does not freeze like IE does.
In any case will will continue to work on the pages so they look the same in any browser.
